An LRROF Success Story

i got mollie just after hurricane katrinia in 2005. she showed up at my neighbors home with a friend of theirs from waveland,mississippi just after the storm . the owner said he could not take care of her any more as he had lost his home in the storm .he asked if they could find her a home. there was an instant bond between mollie and me. all we knew was that she was about 3 years old,a pure breed yellow lab and appeared healthy. after a vet visit i fould out she had heart worms and several other parisites. my vet gave her kemmo shots and a battery of other meds. she had what appeared to be ciggaret burns on her back and afew other scars around her head.it took a year to get her back into a loving lab mood but it was worth every bit of the caring my family gave her. mollie pie turn out to be the best companiun i have ever had. saddly i had to put her down january 4,2013 after a bout with cancer. i am grieving the loss of my mollie but with time i am going to find another lab that needs my love . i intend to watch your website and with a little time find my next buddy.
