An LRROF Success Story

After our beloved Jesse passed away at 13 last July 14th, like many others we said "OK, no more dogs". Well, on November 14th, exactly 4 months later, we drove 2 and 1/2 hours to meet beautiful Miranda. She spent 3 months with her foster mom recovering from heart worm and was now well enough to be adopted. Her foster mom took very good care of her and we knew they had a special bond. Miranda was a bit anxious at being, once again, relocated, but we can now say that she has completely adjusted to her forever home, and is a sweet, well behaved, loving and delightful family member!
