An LRROF Success Story

I adopted Chucky a 9 year old yellow lab last December. Chucky was found by Lee County Animal Services and the great people there called Lab Rescue instead of doing the unthinkable. The great folks at Lab Rescue found Chuck a foster home, even though senior dogs are harder to place. I had been checking Lab Rescue website for sometime with no plans to really adopt at that time. That is until I came across Chucky. Chucky has now been in my home for 1 year and what a great addition he has been. He is the most lovable, well behaved dog I have ever come across. Chuck just wants to lay around the house, eat bones and go for daily walks. He is so laid back and sweet, I can't understand why someone left him in a field. I can't imagine my Chucky being homeless and he will never have to worry about that again. I want to thank everyone at lab rescue for going above and beyond for my dog who I could not imagine live without.
