In Memory Detail

We adopted Cody about 5 years ago. He developed pain and muscle atrophy in his back legs, so was getting treated for the pain. It was well under control - and Cody was a happy boy. He just wanted love, lots of petting, food (he LOVED food!) and a soft place to lie.....and we gave him all of that. He was one big yellow love. He developed bronchitis -- and just didn't respond to the antibiotics. He was either sleeping (sedated) or awake and panting constantly.....our poor boy. He couldn't live like that ----so crossed to the Bridge last month. It broke our hearts ---- there aren't a lot of dogs like Cody ---who just wanted love. I hope he knows how much we loved him.
