We adopted Ollie from your LRROF about a year after the death of our beloved lab Sedona. We weren't going to get another dog but, as often happens, our house got emptier each day. Ollie was a total joy. Everyone, including non-dog lovers, loved him. We're not quite sure he knew he was a lab, because he didn't want to go in our pool and really wasn't into playing fetch so he didn't seem to get the retriever part of Labrador Retriever. What he did excel at was sharing love. He brought a ton of comfort and joy to our lives as we, hopefully did to his. Sadly, several medical conditions took him from us on January 10th of this year. We say we won't be getting another dog but, of course, we will.....
