Our family has had Labs for over 20 years. When my old fella, Luke, passed at 15 1/2 years, we decided that Angus, our 4 year old, was missing him. We decided that it would be a wonderful choice to bring an adult dog into our home and, even better, to provide a loving home for a rescued dog who needed one. We went onto the LRROF site and saw Luke. We took Angus to meet him after discussing our family with Lisa, the wonderful foster who had him. They hit it off immediately and began running around together. We renamed him Hank because for us there was only one Luke. He's been a part of our family for five months now and fits right in. He chases lizards with one of our cats and swims with Angus. He's a sweet boy and very silly. We love him and he returns it as only a Lab can.
